The SEAL Future Foundation (SFF) deeply appreciates your support through our monthly donor program. The benefits described for each giving level are intended to provide examples of the types of offerings SFF may provide to monthly donors.
However, please note the following:
– No Guarantee of Benefits: SFF is not legally obligated to provide any specific benefit and reserves the right to modify, add, or remove benefits at any time, with or without notice. The availability of specific benefits may be subject to factors such as availability, feasibility, and SFF’s discretion.
– No Contractual Rights: Participation in the monthly donor program does not create a contract between SFF and the donor, nor does it confer any legally enforceable rights to any benefits.
– Cancellation and Removal: Donors may cancel their monthly contribution at any time. SFF may, at its sole discretion, remove any donor from the monthly program at any time, with or without notice.
– Tax Deductibility: While SFF is a nonprofit organization, donors should consult with a tax advisor to determine the deductibility of their contributions.
