Endocrine therapy encompasses a broad spectrum of applications, making it a significant investment for us at the SFF, addressing issues from physical discomfort and mental health to treatments for traumatic brain injury (TBI). It serves as a foundational step in the healing journey for many. However, it’s important to be cautious with prolonged use of high levels of external testosterone, as it can lead to the body’s reduced natural production. Alternatives like clomiphene can encourage the body to produce more testosterone naturally. Numerous clinics, often under the umbrella of Men’s Health, offer such therapies across the nation. Yet, caution is advised, as some may prioritize profit, fostering dependency on the therapy for enhanced well-being, which can become quite expensive. Despite these concerns, we strongly advocate for considering this therapy as an initial approach to address various health issues, extending beyond sleep-related problems.
